INVITATION FOR BIDS HILLSTEAD SUBDIVISION PHASE 2A & 2B PAVING PACKAGE Signed bids will be received in a sealed envelope addressed to HILLSTEAD LAND 2 LLC ON BEHALF OF COLLIN COUNTY MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 5 (“Owner”) via their engineer Southland Consulting Engineers, Inc., at 10210 N Central Expy, Suite 218, Dallas, Texas 75231 until 4:00 PM on Tuesday, April 22, 2025, and then publicly opened and read, for the work necessary for the construction of the paving facilities required for approximately 335 single-family residential lots in Lavon, Texas ETJ. Bids are to be submitted in person. Emailed bids shall not be accepted. Contract documents, plans and specifications will be available upon request to be purchased and picked up at the office of the Engineer for $100, or an electronic version may be obtained and downloaded for free by contacting the Engineer for the District. A Bid Bond in the form of a certified/cashier’s check, or an acceptable bidder’s bond, must accompany each bid and shall be made payable without conditions to Owner in an amount of no less than two percent (2%) of total bid submitted. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities and technicalities. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held via Microsoft Teams, on Tuesday, April 8, 2025, at 4:00 PM.
