TO THE OWNERS OF PROPERTY WITHIN COLLIN COUNTY MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 8 AND ALL OTHER PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE DISSOLUTION OF THE DISTRICT:
TAKE NOTICE that a hearing will be held by the Board of Collin County Municipal Utility District No. 8 at 12:00 p.m. on April 17, 2025, at the following location: 16000 North Dallas Parkway, Suite 350, Dallas, Texas 75248, at which time and place the Board of Directors of said District will announce their own conclusions as to the dissolution of the District. All interested property owners are advised that they have the right to offer evidence in support of the dissolution, or to contest any dissolution and to offer evidence in support thereof.

**PUBLIC NOTICE**
To Whom It May Concern:
This serves as a formal legal notice regarding the mortgage on the property located at 2620 Kimberly Ct, Plano, Texas 75075. A tender in the amount of $409,500 was made to First Savings Bank by Registered Mail # RF 666 736 548 US on February 13, 2024. However, the lender has failed to satisfy the mortgage obligation verified by witnesses to the transaction and affirmed by sworn affidavits by Grantors, Moshe Almasi and Maria R. Gardenazabal. Subsequently, Nationstar Mortgage, LLC via their attorney, Kathryn N. Dahlin, at Codilis & Moody, PC, 20405 State Highway 249, Suite 170, Houston, Texas 77070 breached trust and committed fraud upon the court by initiating fraudulent foreclosure action putting homeowners under duress even with knowledge that First Savings Bank accepted the tender.
Despite the fact that the tender was never returned, the mortgage has not been satisfied as required. Therefore, I am publicly announcing that the property at 2620 Kimberly Ct, Plano, Texas 75075 has been satisfied in full, and the payee acknowledges full and final settlement of all sums due to First Savings Bank and/or assigns as of March 11, 2025.
This notice serves as a formal declaration that the financial obligations associated with this mortgage have been met in their entirety. Moshe Almasi and Maria R. Gardenazabal as Grantors of the Mortgage dated July 20, 2021or otherwise, recorded in the Plat thereof at Volume 8, Page 21 of the Map Records of Collin County, State of Texas, instrument #: 20210722001479910 and Parcel #: 262708, consider this matter settled and closed by operation of law.
Anyone who has an interest in this said property or security interest must rebut this fact and the affidavit on record under penalties of perjury within 21 days of this notice or notice serves as fact uncontested.
